Dr. John Dimowo

John Dimowo, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist with specialty training in pain management. He has experience in many areas of medicine, including antiaging, cosmetics and aesthetics. His knowledge is also vast in regenerative medicine, including the use of stem cell, exosomes, growth factors, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). He is very knowledgeable about functional and alternative medicine such as acupuncture and Ozone therapy.
After earning his medical degree at the University ofIbadan College of Medicine in Ibadan, Nigeria, Dr. Dimowo went on to complete acomprehensive rotatory internship at the Murtala Mohammed Specialist Hospital in Kano, Nigeria one of the busiest training hospitals in Nigeria.
He then practiced general medicine for five years in Nigeria before migrating to the United States in 1989. He easily scaled through all the examination and certification
requirements toqualify as an MD in the United States. He completed an internship in pediatrics at theMedical College of Ohio (now The University of Toledo), in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Dimowo completed his residency training in anesthesiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, followed by a fellowship trainingin Obstetrical Anesthesia at the University ofSouthern California in Los Angeles.
He further went on to completean advanced Pain Medicine Fellowship atthe renowned Emory University and affiliated hospitalsin Atlanta, Georgia.
He had hands-on training in cardiac anesthesia at the famous Ocala Heart Institute in Ocala, Florida.
Dr. Dimowo continues to update his knowledge in all the specialties of medicine he loves to practice by taking didactic and hands on trainings He has been practicing some of thesespecialties since 1994.
